  Contact our customer support team or visit your local showroom with your original order number and receipt to start the return process.

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all packaging, remote controls, stands, and manuals included to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For large display panels, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup from your residence, while smaller items can be returned directly to any store location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
